Our 30-day money-back guarantee

Kids Brain Hub is operated by Heros Afrika Consult Pty Ltd. We want every family to be happy with their membership. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason — including simply changing your mind.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@kidsbrainadventures.com and we will help arrange it. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Renewals and cancellations

Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Pricing page while signed in, or through Paddle. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.

Refunds may also be handled under Paddle’s Refund Policy. Nothing here limits any statutory rights you have under your local consumer law.
